Subject: Advice About Managing My Coursework
Dear Dr. Brown,
I am writing because I have been falling behind in two of my courses. I have several reading assignments and projects due at the same time, and I often underestimate how long each task will take. As a result, I start important work too late.
My current strategy has not been effective because I keep a general list but do not set a time for each task. I also try to complete large assignments in one sitting, which makes it difficult to stay focused. Although I study for many hours, I do not always work on the most urgent task.
Could you suggest a better way to plan my weekly workload and choose priorities? I would be grateful for any advice.
