Hi John,
I am planning a surprise birthday party for Emma, and I could really use your help. I have several exams and assignments this month, so I do not have enough time to organize everything alone.
We still need to buy decorations, choose and order a cake, and contact the guests. Could you help me compare cake shops and send invitations to Emma’s friends? I can reserve the location and buy the decorations. It would also be helpful if you could suggest a simple way to get Emma to the party without telling her about the surprise.
Are you free to meet at the campus café this Friday at 4 p.m.? We can make the final plan then.
