Subject: Volunteers Needed for the Company Picnic
Hi everyone,
We are beginning preparations for our annual company picnic and need several volunteers. Before the event, we must reserve a location, plan the food and drinks, collect information about dietary needs, and choose activities for employees and their families.
I suggest holding the picnic at Riverside Park. It has covered tables, restrooms, a large open field, and convenient parking. The covered area would also give us some protection if the weather changes.
