Subject: Feedback About the Recent Concert
Dear Ms. Taylor,
I recently attended a concert at your venue and had a great time. The performers were excellent, the staff were friendly, and the lighting created an exciting atmosphere.
However, I noticed two problems. The sound was extremely loud near the front but unclear at the back, so some words and instruments were difficult to hear. In addition, the rows of seats were very close together, and guests had trouble moving to their places after the concert began.
For future events, you could test the sound from several parts of the room and place additional speakers near the back. Wider spaces between some rows and clearer seat signs would also improve movement. I hope these suggestions help make an already enjoyable venue even better.
