Subject: Rooms for Green Mountain Hiking Club
Dear Ms. Ngo,
I am arranging accommodations for my university hiking club’s trip to Green Mountain. One of our members stayed at Green Mountain Inn before and recommended it because of its good service and convenient location.
Our group will include approximately fifteen to twenty people. We plan to stay for one night and leave at 4 a.m. the next morning to begin our hike. We would need several shared rooms, an early checkout option, and a safe place to store hiking equipment. If possible, we would also like breakfast packed to take with us.
Could you please tell me whether rooms are available and provide your group rates? I would also appreciate information about deposits and cancellation rules.
