Subject: Next Steps for Our Group Project
Hi Alex,
I am writing about our group project. We have completed the research and first two sections of the report, and we are now preparing the final presentation. However, we have not received your assigned section, and you missed our last two planning meetings.
Your absence is affecting the group because the other members cannot finish the conclusion or design the slides without your information. We have also had to divide some of your earlier tasks among ourselves, which makes it harder for everyone to meet the deadline.
Could you send your section by Friday and attend our online meeting on Saturday? If you are having a problem, please tell us. We can adjust the tasks and help you contribute in a manageable way.
